The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of George Donaldson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

A true friend to all

I had the pleasure of working with "Bill" at the youth center for a long time.  His concern for humanity was always in front of his contact with the youth.  They all respected him for his honesty.  Bill had a unique way of saying "Horses"  almost like "Harses" with a long "A".  Loved his stories, especially about flying.  Bill never knew a stranger, if you had contact with Bill he was a friend.  I loved this guy.  A truly great American.
