The men and women who served in the armed forces, whether during a time of war, or one of peace, are living examples of that contradiction. Sister Philomene Glotzbach, OSB, 92, a Benedictine sister of Mount St. Scholastica, Atchison, Kan., died Thursday, July 18, 2019, at the monastery.
