Condolence From: Julie Grill Burdick
Condolence: The Denver family knows this wonderful man as Clippie. From a comment G-Mom made when he was just a little guy. Yes, he was once little, or so I have been told. My brother (John Newlin Grill) and I have precious memories of him spending time with us when we visited the farm. John still remember vividly helping Clippie on the combine. We both have many other memories.
I will miss him and wish the whole Underwood family our thoughts and prayers.

Condolence: I will always treasure my memories of "Curly." We spent a lot of time together during our high school years, and I regarded him as one of my closest friends.

Condolence From: Phil Wagner
Condolence: My sympathies to the Underwood family. Courtney and I attended the same Vocational Technical class of 1970 in Atchison, KS and became good friends. I always enjoyed his company. We also did a little farming together one summer at his dad's place. I also worked for his dad day a day or two digging walnut stumps. I regret that we were not able to keep in contact the past few decades. I would have enjoyed catching up to him.

I sincerely hope the Underwood family takes comfort in our Lord Jesus Christ during these troubling times.

Condolence: My deepest sympathies to the Underwood family. I'm so sorry for your loss. The death of a loved one is a painful experience. Our Heavenly Father is well aware of the pain you're feeling. He promises in His Word, the Bible, to remove death, pain, and suffering. (Revelation 21:3,4). Isaiah 25:8a says, "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." We know that Almighty God has not only the power to remove death, but also yearns to do so. Until that time, may you find comfort in the resurrection hope, a promise that one day soon we will be reunited with our loved ones who have died. (John 5:28,29)
