The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Clarence Oswald can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Ethel and family,Im so very sorry for your loss. I was not a part of this side of the family till a couple years ago, but I found your Clarence to be a very kind and thoughtful person. I know he was a wonderful husband , father and friend.. He treated my parents and I like we were family right from the start. It touched my heart..Its always hard to learn of someones dear one leaving them, but one cannot comprehend till it happens to them . I will pray for your comfort, and health ...Again, Im so sorry Ethel. Love Julie Capes , your dinner cousin

Condolence: I wanted to send my love and sympathies to the Oswald family. I know the Anniversary of your dear loved one, Clarence, is approaching. No doubt this has brought back to mind some painful feelings and sadness, but hopefully you're able to reflect on the good memories as well. Keep in mind that beautiful promise found in God's Word, at John 5:28,29. It says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. So as you reflect on the times spent with your dear loved one, keep this comforting thought in mind for the days ahead. There will soon be a time when we'll not only be able to welcome our loved ones back to life, but we can truly experience the words "death will be no more." (Revelation 21:4) My thoughts and prayers are with you

Condolence: My cousin Clarence was just four months older than me. We had many good times together when we were young, were in the same high school class, and kept in contact throughout our lives. I will miss him.

Betty and I offer our sincere condolences to Ethel and their wonderful family.
