To the Chartier Family,
I was so sorry to learn of Dale's passing. I remember him as Arlene's little brother, always under foot. He was a great guy, though, and just doing his job to see that his big Sis was in good hands. May all of you hold your precious memories tenderly in your hearts as you mourn your loss. Dale was one of the really good guys. My deepest condolences. Janice Rusher
