Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Virginia Zabel can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you so much for your life. Thank you for all of the love, care, and concern you offered the whole family. I am excited for you that you get to go and see Grandma, Buddy, Richard, and your parents! It seems like our time here goes so quickly. It seems like yesterday that I was a kid in at your house every Friday night for "Friday Fright Night." Then we became teenagers and went to college and started work. Life got busy. It seemed like you would always be there though and sometime when life slowed down we would spend quality time together again, the way we did when I was a child. Though there were holidays and the occasional phone call, that expanse of time as in childhood never came and now you are gone. So I will cherish all the Friday nights, the birthday parties, the sleepovers and all of the holidays that I got to spend with you and all of the love you shared with me and our family. And I will use it as a reminder that someday may never come, so it is important to love the treasures God has placed in our lives as if it is our last chance to love them.

I love you Jeanie! Have a wonderful time in heaven knowing that your life on earth helped make so many lives more beautiful!
